Thank you for considering our stand delivery service for your upcoming trade fair participation.
Sustainability is a key focus in our delivery service to your stand, and therefore we have developed a supply concept that reflects this commitment.
Here are the key points:
- We are pleased to offer delivery to your stand for orders starting from €200.00 (excluding transport fee).
- Reorders exceeding €100.00 (excluding transport fee) per delivery are also eligible for delivery.
- Ideally, we aim to deliver to your booth once a day. For both organizational and sustainability reasons, food deliveries will be made in the morning, drinks and equipment will be delivered from 12:00 hrs. noon time.
- If your reorders are below €100.00, you have the option to pick up your goods at our branch (located between halls 3 and 4 at the Frankfurt fair grounds)upon the agreed date and time.
- Unfortunately, orders less than €45.00 cannot be accommodated through our service. For such orders, our mini-markets and bistros on the fairground are available for onsite self-purchasing.
- To secure timely reservation for all catering deliveries, we kindly request orders to be placed a minimum of 22 days before the event. This allows us to efficiently and punctually prepare all deliveries.
- Commencing from the 21st day before the event, an express surcharge of 25% on the entire order will be applied.
