Bed AURA and cantilever-base dining chair RADO SWING have both been crowned with the red dot design award in the category "product design 2010".
Both products were designed by Martin Ballendat, a designer known for high-end, progressive furniture design. Following the initial exhibition at the imm Cologne in January, AURA and RADO SWING were also presented by ACCENTE at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan.

After the exhibition at the FuoriSalone in Milan (14 to 19 April 2010) the German Design Council will present "Design Deutschland 2010" at the ICCF, International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York (15 to 18 May 2010) and present approximately 100 new products from leading German companies and designers: hall 1 booth 1632.

ACCENTE Furniture for the Hideaways Awards Ceremony on March 11th, 2010 in Ritz Carlton Berlin.
Each year since 2005 during the ITB trade show, the Bielefeld publishing house Klocke Verlag awards a prize for the world's best hideaway. The award ceremony is always combined with the presentation of the Hideaways magazine.
